Happy Thanksgiving!

I just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving!

I know I am truly thankful for so much this year... our God, my loving husband Todd, being blessed by Family/Friends, being in Good Health, being able to do what I love to do everyday with my photography, being a picky eater so that I won't have the chance or desire to eat more than I should... Ha!

P.S. Happy Anniversary my love! I forgot to post it on Tuesday, which was our "official" day, but what an even more blessing on this day to be thankful for! (Does that sentence make sense... that's my language... haha!) Seems like it was just yesterday we said our vows... yet it's been two years now. Thank you for being an amazing supporter and friend... you are irreplaceable! I love you and am looking forward to many more years together... AND I can't wait to go to Traverse City next week to celebrate! Wooo Hooo...

Exciting news...

So I guess it's the time of year that it seems tons of people are getting pregnant, especially within the people we know. Two of Todd's guys are going to have babies... well their LOVELY wives (Congrads Bethany & Michelle), but also two of my CLOSEST and DEAREST friends are as well! I couldn't be more thrilled as they journey to the next step in their marriage and lives. They are such wonderful women and are such a HUGE blessing in my life. I love you girls... you are going to be AAAAA-mazing mothers!

The Mark White Band

I had the opportunity to do something a bit different than we usually do. I really do love weddings and engagements, but shooting a band... yes, a band... was so much fun! The Mark White Band is a local Christian band here in the Detroit area who recently signed with a record label and will be releasing their first album come January. All the guys are so nice, and it was great to get to know them better and get some photos for them to use in their album. You will be seeing them again come December on here, since I will be shooting Josh's, the drummer, wedding then.

Chloe (4 years old)

Chloe was such a cute lil' girl! She LOVED the camera, so I had to catch her when she wasn't posing. But she was the sweetest little girl... and full of smiles!

David & Kelly Engaged!

David and Kelly are two of the sweetest and down to earth people. Both of them are so smiley, and when I first met with them we totally hit it off. Turns out Kelly works the same place as Todd... what a small world! I had such a great time hanging out the first time when we met, and their engagements were just as fun. I can't wait for their wedding next fall.

Brooklyn & Davie are sweet kids and as you can tell are sooo cute as well!

Here is a quick slideshow and a couple that really made me laugh and smile! I realize just how much attention span kids have. I think I can relate to them as I'm so A.D.D as well. Ha!
