They say three is a magic number, right? I think so...
Schoolhouse Rock even sang about it, with lyrics like this:
A man and a woman had a little baby,
Yes, they did.
They had three in the family,
And that's a magic number.
Ok... well in this case the family had two more babies and three was the magic number. Ha!
If you remember Miss Reese and Little Miss Brinn, you'll know that the third to this equation is Cole. He's the lone boy, but what a little sweetheart he is. He's going to be such a heart breaker when he gets older with that cute face and fun personality. Makes my heart just melt...
Here are just a few favorites from our session...
Oh my word... he's so cute...
He loved to smile... kids are the funniest!
He called this his "Batman" face...Ha!
I love it...
And he's spent... already! Haha!
All three of the kids... just precious!
****I have to say a HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to a close family member right now... Todd's cousin got ENGAGED last night... and we couldn't be more thrilled and excited for them. We got the call last night, and she even mentioned that we were her most important wedding guests right now (I can't wait to get them behind my camera!) ;) HOLLA! Love that... and love you guys!!!
WELCOME!
Thanks again for coming by!

Jonathan & Jenn :: Wedding
Oh wow... where did last week go? I think I was so flustered with trying to get ready for this coming week that I totally spaced it when it came to blogging or even doing anything on the computer. I hope to not disappoint you again like that. Phewww...
I've been meaning to post this for some time now, but if you remember Jonathan & Jenn, you would remember that Jenn in particular is such a dear friend of mine. She is also a photographer and is so sweet and beautiful! She is one of those people that no matter what's going on in their life, the cup is half full. People like that are such a joy to be around, and she is not only so positive, but just so fun and energetic. I love spending time with her, as little as it is... it's always nice! (Mwaaa... to you girl!)
I was so excited for their wedding, as it was the same exact weekend that Todd and I got married three years before, but also because of the couple. It actually was really similar to our day because the weather, for some odd reason, was warmer than it should have been. Seriously, it was so nice out. It was beautiful, not a cloud in the sky, which I really wish there was a few, but I'll take the warm weather if it means no clouds. Their wedding and reception was at her family's church, Grace Chapel. It was the very FIRST time having a wedding and reception there, which was so cool! I loved it! She is so talented and has so many hidden talents up her sleave from sprucing up the place by making her own stained glass window, which looked totally real, even though it was just paper, (Amazing!) to singing the most sweet song to her husband as a surprise during the reception. What a sneak! Their day was perfect and it was such a HUGE honor to be a part of it!
I love you guys and thank you so much for the beautiful time we were able to share with you!
Here are some of my favorites and a slideshow from their special day...
Jenn was soooo gorgeous...

Brinn :: 2 weeks old
"It's a GIRL!"
I've been hearing that a lot lately... quite a few of our friends have had girls recently and today a good friend back at home found out she is having a girl! Yay! Girls are so fun!!! Pink (I LOVE Pink!), ruffles, frilly things, flowers, cute hats & headbands... girls really do have more fun when it comes to clothing options at that young age.
Brinn was no exception, she was definitely decked out in pink and ruffles! She was also so stinkin' tiny, and I mean TINY! Her headband wouldn't even fit her cute little head. I always forget how small babies are, especially when I'm around my 65 pound dog all day. I can't even hold him like a baby anymore... and yes, I've tried! Ha! But Brinn was adorable and sweet... I can't wait to watch her grow into a big girl like Reese, her big sister!
Congratulations on the newest addition... she's just precious!
Here are a few of my favorites from our session...
Isn't she the cutest???
Very sleepy baby... they have such a rough life!
Awake and happy as ever...
Checking out the world...
Aww... so sweet!
Ha...
I love this one... it's just precious!

Miss Stella :: 8 months
I love the color BLUE...
Blue skies, blue berries, blue flowers, blue water, blue jeans, blue robins eggs, blue jersey's "Go Colts" (Ha... don't hate!), but more importantly I love blue eyes. Todd has blue eyes and I think they are so beautiful. I hope all of our kids get that from him. There is something about people who have those breathtaking blue beauties to look at. It's like they draw you in and keep you looking.
Stella is one of those little blue eyed beauties, but she's got the BIGGEST blue eyes you've ever seen! Not only is she beautiful, but what a sweet baby she is, so happy and content with life. All smiley and funny, and laughing all the time... I love it! It is so nice when you have a sweet baby, and a happy one makes it even better!
Go BLUE!
Here are just a few from our session...
Well hello, blue eyes...
I think she's totally into the camera here...
She loves her animals... and her parents do great impressions of them... ha... so cute!
She loved the camera...
A-dorable...
HA... hilarious...
Love her...
What a beautiful smile...
My favorite!

Miss Reese :: 5 years
Don't you just love how we were born with our very own personality? I love it... I love how we are all different in our own way with our strengths, weaknesses, quirky habits, likes, dislikes... you get my point, and although I wish I was different in so many ways, I'm proud to say that I'm so different than anyone else on this earth.
I also love seeing personality come out in someone so young. I imagine in my head what they will be like when they get older and grow into a bigger version of that spunk they might have. It's one of those mind boggling things to actually see that young one grow up into that little personality they had when they were little. Agghh... so cute!
Reese was one of those sweet, fun, full of personality little girls that I love to photograph, and what a beauty she is! Her smile is gorgeous and she even threw some fun faces my way, which shows she's got a great personality!
Here's a few favorites from our session...
I love this one... so cute!
Beautiful smiles...
Check out that outfit... adorable!
Haha...silly girl!
Diggin' that pink wall with her blue eyes...
Ha...
Love her...

Ryan & Alexa :: Wedding Reception
I love traveling! We never did a lot of it when when I was young, but as I got older I was able to go more and more places and I loved it! It's always fun to be somewhere you've never been before and see new things...
Ryan & Alexa is the ideal couple of traveling. They have traveled all over the world and have been to so many places, it's amazing what their passports are stamped with: Figi, New Zealand, England, China, and the list goes on. One of their most recent travels was over to Italy to become husband and wife. Out of all the places they have been and traveled to, Italy was significant in their relationship and what an amazing opportunity to go back and make it even more significant.
After their wedding in Italy, they came back to the states and held a reception in both Detroit, where Ryan is from, and San Diego, where Alexa is from. We went over to the Detroit Yacht Club to hang out with them for awhile and get some shots of the festive that Detroit had to offer. What a beautiful and sweet day it was and what a beautiful and sweet couple they were! Love them! We were honored to be a part of their Detroit celebration and hoped San Diego was just as great! We wish you both the best in life!
Here are some of my favorites from our time together...
Alexa was such a STUNNING bride... Gorgeous!!!
Ryan was so handsome as well...
Together they were perfect!
