ISABELLA SOPHIA IS HERE.....

SHE'S HERE!!!!

As most of you know if you read up on here often that my one and only sister was about to have her first baby, well although she is a few weeks early, she's here and she's gorgeous! At her last Dr. appt. they told her that she was running out of fluid and she would need to be taken out early, and they scheduled to take her out on Monday. Well... little did they know that in order to not do any harm they needed to do an unexpected surgery on Friday. We got the call Friday and although we were going to be in a wedding we got updates and once she was born we got photos, and we were so happy and felt like we were THERE for them to support them in their excitement and joy! So... Isabella Sophia was born on July 18th, 2008 at 3:28 PM weighing 4 lbs. 7 oz and 18 in long. She's a small baby, but she's a beauty!

After the wedding Saturday, we made the haul down to Indiana to visit them all on Sunday. I was SOOOO excited I could barely sleep. We got up went over to the hospital and they told us that her temperature was down so they had to keep her warm. I was able to hold her for a few minutes before they had to take her back to the warmer. But hey... I'm ok with that! She was so tiny and I'm not sure the photos even do justice to how small she is. She has like 4 or 5 blankets on and all you can see is her little head.

Todd and I plan on going down this coming week and I'm going to stay for almost two weeks!!! Yeah!! I'm so excited, and I'm sure there will be more photo because I was not able to many due to her temperature being too low. But I wanted to update everyone and show just a few photos that we were able to take.
